Why are we different from the thousands of cookie-cutter travel agencies on the web ?
The reason we are different is that we will tailor make a vacation for you if you so desire. Not everyone can fit into the pre-made travel packages of today. You might want only 5 nights in Cancun or maybe 19 nights in Europe. You might want to jet your sweetheart to Hawaii for only 4 nights to propose. Whatever your needs are, we will custom build a vacation for you if you need it. You may ask "Why don't other agencies do this ?" The reason is simple, it takes more effort and most don't want to
spend the time, preferring to make a quick sale offering you what they offer everyone.
At Grand Explorer
we feel that recommending a vacation choice is a
very personal endeavor. We don't believe in simply recommending
the "trip-du-jour" which might be offered by every other agency on the web or block to every client they encounter. Most agencies today unfortunately fall into the trap of offering the same cookie-cutter travel packages by the main-stream wholesalers to everyone. The reason they do this is because it's a fast sale with no effort.

trouble of doing this ?
The reason we put
so much effort in researching products based on your individual
requirements, before we give you vacation choices, is because if
you travel with us once and your vacation is outstanding you
will come back to us and refer your friends and this is how we
build our business. Rather than having you surf the web for
hours and become overwhelmed and frustrated trying to find something based on your preferences, we do the legwork for you.

Before we can
ever attempt to suggest a vacation to you, we need to know
something about your travel preferences. For this reason we
ask that each client fill in a "Travel Request Form" which describes how you like to
travel and what you are looking for in the way of a
vacation.

Once
you submit your completed travel form we will start to
research your vacation in order to find the best match based
on your personal preferences. |

Rather than rush and give you
the first thing that comes out of our computer, we will
research your file for 24 hours before we submit our travel
proposal to you. |

After 24 hours you will receive your
personalized travel proposal folio with three travel recommendations totally
based on your preferences with choices in each category of
our internal rating system. |

|
By Grand Explorer giving you a personal
folio, you can share it with traveling
companions and this way we can offer you more information
with images and links to the properties we recommend so you
have full information on these choices to make a more
informed decision instead of having to rely on a small

Once you decide which vacation you
prefer, then you return the "Travel acceptance" part of the
proposal with your added pertinent information such as full
address and payment options. If any alternate requests are
made we will following through with changes within 24hours. |

We will not automatically
charge your credit card upon receiving your "travel
acceptance" over the internet. We will book your vacation
first and then send you a confirmation fax with full
confirmation numbers etc for your approval. Once you have
approved this and faxed it back with your signature, then
and only then will your card be processed for payment
directly with the wholesaler in question. This is for your
protection to avoid others using your card without your
permission. It also assures us that we are dealing with the
correct person. |

Once documents have been
received from the selected wholesalers we will put your
travel packet together. This will include:
- All airline tickets, hotel confirmations and documentation
pertaining to your vacation
- Grand Explorer travel journal
- Personalized travel guide
- Grand Explorer membership card including benefits folder |

Your travel packet will be then
sent by Federal Express to your home or office. |

All vacations will be followed
up by a personal phone call upon your return to ascertain
services rendered.
