A: You simply fill in our "Travel Request" form and we will confirm your vacation within 24 hours. If you are unsure where you would like to travel, we can make suggestions for you based on your personal preferences and send you several options for your perusal.
Once you have decided on a vacation we will send you a detailed confirmation statement for you to look over and approve. Upon receipt of your approval and payment choice, we will make the necessary arrangements for you and send you your final invoice.

A: All documents are sent 3 weeks prior to departure via Federal Express.
